Best selling MPV's as of August 22 and it has become a segment in India like SUVs and hatchbacks. And this segment has gained even more momentum after the arrival of the Ertiga and Innova, currently there are 5 cars in this segment in India. 

And this segment has been covered by Maruti with the highest market share. Due to the shutdown of the diesel engine in Innova, its sales are also going down.

Always the top  in this segment, the ertiga has sold 9,314 units in  August 22 and 6,251 units sold in last year's August Where it has 49% yearly growth. And the monthly sales of errtiga are showing de-growth though about 4%.

The 2nd position is Innova Crysta with 6,036 units sold in Aug 22 and 5% yearly growth.

The 3rd position is followed by the Kia Carens, which has sold 5,558 units as of August 22, making it Kia's 1st MPV in India.

At number 4 comes the Renault Triber, which has sales of 2,667 units in August 22 and has a de-growth of -32% in yearly sales.

On the 5th position, there is a xl6, which recently got a facelift but it has also shown a growth show which is of -9%, and 3,870 units were sold in august 22.
